During your session you will receive strong, loving, heartfelt assistance and guidance as you gently journey inward in search of the root cause of uncomfortable or traumatic symptoms.

My name is Rebecca Rivka. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist facilitating healing through Introspective Hypnotherapy™ sessions to those with anxiety and stress related issues.
I use hypnotherapy, and client-centered psychotherapy, blended with deep, self-reflection, and self-healing practices.
My work is a development of the wonderful Introspective Hypnosis™ techniques taught to me by the world-renowned hypnotherapists Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman.
Sessions are crafted specifically for you and your personal circumstances and are delivered online, via Zoom, or in-person in our beautiful healing centre in Gippsland, Victoria.
